CMT Classes

The Core Momentum Trainer is transforming the way people train and target the core. It’s about developing deep core muscles in a 30 minute high intensity workout!

My body transformation, fitness level and strength after just 16 months is fantastic. Becky has taught me so much and I feel amazing because of her! From not being physically able to do a V-sit or pull up to doin them with ease months ago is unbelievable. I enjoy every session and wish I had the time to fit more in. I love the buzz and positive state of mind after every work out with Becky and cannot recommend her enough. For me the best thing about project fit is the support and encouragement that the group and Becky give to each other. We push each other hard but have fun at the same time.
