We now offer online training classes, get fit from your own home!
Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness, whether you are a beginner or a regular fitness enthusiast.
All you need to enjoy the classes are a phone, computer or tablet with an internet connection.
Classes run 4 times a week, 6.30pm to 7.10pm every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and a HIIT class Friday evening 6.30pm to 7.00pm.
